About Partners Finance

Partners Finance is the capital markets arm of Partners Real Estate. Partners Finance, a registered broker dealer and FINRA / SIPC member, is engaged by various commercial real estate sponsors, including Partners Capital and Partners Development, to raise equity capital for their funds and projects.

Partners Real Estate has been in business for over 29 years as a diversified commercial real estate firm. The firm has over 300 people in Houston, Austin, Dallas/Fort Worth, San Antonio, Atlanta, and Nashville. Partners Real Estate is a diversified partnership owned by over 60 partners all of whom work daily in various divisions within the company.

Chief Executive Officer | Partners Real Estate

As Chief Executive Officer and the largest shareholder of Partners, Jon has been responsible for leading the significant growth of Partners from a small, narrowly-focused company, to a fully-diversified commercial real estate services and investment firm with more than 250 people, and offices in Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, and Atlanta—as well as continued expansion into the Southeastern U.S., with additional geographies on the way.

Brett Chiles

Managing Director | Partners Finance

Brett Chiles is the Managing Director of Partners Finance. Prior to joining Partners in 2021, Brett spent fifteen years working in the private equity industry for KA – I Investments, LP., a Houston based family office partnership and Equus Total Return, Inc., a publicly traded business development company. Brett holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from TCU and an MBA from the Jones School of Business at Rice University.

Joe has over 15 years of financial services experience, with a proven track record of driving growth for global investment firms.
