About Partners Finance

Partners Finance is the capital markets arm of Partners Real Estate. Partners Finance, a registered broker dealer and FINRA / SIPC member, is engaged by various commercial real estate sponsors, including Partners Capital and Partners Development, to raise equity capital for their funds and projects.

Partners Real Estate has been in business for over 26 years as a diversified commercial real estate firm. The firm has over 200 people in Houston, Austin, Dallas/Fort Worth, and San Antonio and continues to grow its geographic footprint. Partners Real Estate is a diversified partnership owned by over 32 partners all of whom work daily in various divisions within the company.
